The 'Flagship Home' in Kensington and Chelsea has been open to the public during November and December. The project demonstrates a low carbon approach to the refurbishment of a 5 storey Georgian terraced house in multiple occupation. Energy saving measures include: insulated dry lining, condensing gas boilers, solar water heating, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery, low energy lighting and A rated appliances.
