ECD is excited to announce two of our projects have been short-listed for the SUstain Magazine Property and the Built
Environment Awards 2009.
Court Farm Road, Mottingham: Award for Design & Architecture
This exemplar refurbishment project developed, dubbed 'Retrofit & Replicate', tackles CO2 emissions from an ordinary
terraced house aiming for a reducation of 80%.
Sustainable Building Centre, Leamington Spa: Award for Construction
The SBC has been designed as the interactive shop window and visitor centre for Wolseley UK's sustainable
construction supply chain and its targeted at everyone involved in environmentally-friendlydevelopment, from the jobbing
builder to the major developers.
Winners to be announced on at the Gala on 3rd March!
