We have completed the refurbishment of two 13 storey residential towers in Islington (London) for Peabody Trust. The £4.3m project included brick/concrete repairs, overcladding and window replacement, and major improvements to energy performance. CO2 emissions are reduced by 60%, thereby achieving the Government's long term target for CO2 reduction in one step.
Project Team: ECD Architects with PPP Quantity Surveyors, DMP M&E Engineers and Carter Clack Structural Engineers.
