ECD Architects have designed a BREEAM 'Excellent' new showcase for sustainable building technologies and materials for the Wolseley Group next to their head offices in Leamington Spa.
Both the products used in the construction of the building and those on display will be commercially available through the Wolseley supply chain. This SBC will be an invaluable source of information for those interested or engaged in sustainable construction and will feature products which may be incorporated in new developments or retro-fitted to existing facilities.
Project Team: ECD Architects with Dobson White Boulcott Quantity Surveyors, Fulcrum M&E Engineers, Techniker Structural Engineers and RGA Landscape Architects.
