Beanhill Medical Centre is a two-storey structure of approximately 1200 m² and consists of a Doctors surgery, Dentist, Pharmacy and two residential flats.

It is constructed from WAVE, a prefabricated structural timber panel system, and over-clad with brickwork and Thermowood timber cladding. Pitched roofs are finished in single ply roofing membrane, with an applied standing seam profile.
