Preparation of a masterplan for the estate which consists of two 14 storey blocks and twelve 3 storey blocks built in a large panel pre cast concrete system (TWA). Phased refurbishment works included structural strengthening, insulated overcladding, major internal refit and improved security as well as extensive landscaping.
