This project consists of three 24 storey blocks in Shepherds Bush, West London. ECD have been appointed to carry out a major refurbishment including external insulated overcladding, photovoltaic cladding to south elevations, new penthouse accommodation to super insulation standards and mounting of wind turbines on the roofs.
