The building was stripped back to the concrete frame structure and completely re fitted including an extension at ground level to provide 1000m2 of offices. On the upper floors 12 flats have been provided for people with learning disabilities. These have access to a roof garden over the offices. External materials are cedar cladding and Sto render.
