As part of an overall estate masterplan four towers were demolished and one retained. Seaton Point was decanted and re fitted including new windows, enclosed balconies and insulated overcladding. The approach has resulted in a visual transformation of the block as well as enhanced thermal performance and improved comfort for residents.
