St Francis Tower is located in the centre of Ipswich, adjacent to the listed Willis Faber Dumas building. The building has been stripped back to the concrete structure and re-clad with Trespa rainscreen cladding together with new windows. The ground floor entrance has also been repositioned and remodelled.
