Masterplanning proposals for several estates with a combined total of 1000 dwellings. The housing stock includes 1930's buildings designed by Lubetkin as well as 1960's tower blocks and 1980's terraced housing. The proposals included environmental improvements to address security problems and identified opportunities for new build infill development.
