Masterplanning proposals for four estates in Bethnal Green, Tower Hamlets. The housing stock is predominantly 1950's. In addition to Decent Homes surveys, ideas for landscaping, security improvements and community facilities were developed with residents over a 9 month period, including consultation with elderly and youth groups.
