The masterplan makes proposals for improvement works to 485 existing dwellings and in addition identifies sites for a further 150 dwellings alongside new community facilities, including a ball court and creche. The additional homes would be for sale and would help to cross subsidise the improvement works. The ballot held in June 2004 was successful.
