Designed around the existing community centre, the masterplan will knit the community into the surrounding neighbourhood with clear definition of private space and public realm, focusing around a central Village Green. Passive solar design underpins the layout to provide south-facing balconies, gardens and living spaces wherever possible. The buildings will be designed to high standards of energy efficiency and make use of sustainable building methods and materials.
