The plan consists of four courtyards, each providing 35-40 dwellings in the form of townhouses and flats. The landscaped space within each courtyard is shared by the residents and the external 'street' environment is designed as a Homezone.

Phases 1 & 2 are now complete and occupied.

Finalist in Well Designed and Well Built Category: ASC Award for Sustainable Communities 2007. Phase 2 has achieved the Building for Life Silver Standard.
