A pair of semi detached houses designed to demonstrate 'ecological' construction, using timber frame construction. The houses are being monitored to study fuel use and CO₂ emissions as well as tenant feedback on the heating controls, ventilation systems and other 'eco' features. The client is also assessing maintenance and management aspects.
