Brief: Phased redevelopment of a 1930's estate of 5 storey walk up blocks.

The proposals replace 391 existing dwellings with 500 mixed tenure homes grouped around Homezones and courtyards. Buildings range in height from 2-8 storeys with taller buildings positioned along the north south axis to maximise solar penetration into the courtyards. Lower 2 and 3 storey dwellings create a more traditional street environment.
