ECD Architects are preparing a detailed planning application for a master plan in Liverpool which will apply the ‘HomeZone’ concept throughout. The scheme will provide 257 new build dwellings comprising a mix of houses, flats and patio homes. A new community centre and a linear park will connect the new development with existing houses on the site, integrating building types and residents. This will provide the framework for a vibrant mixed residential community.
