This is a prominent site on a major arterial road and the proposal is for a 6 storey building rising to 8 storeys on the main road frontage overlooking an urban park. Maisonettes are located at ground floor to animate the building at street level and upper floor flats have balconies with views towards the West End. Externally the building is rendered with timber screens.
